Our state chapters play a critical role in bringing ERG leaders together to collaborate, share best practices, and create meaningful professional development opportunities within their regions. By establishing NERGC councils across the United States, we are building a powerful ecosystem that connects corporate partners and ERG leaders while advancing the strategic importance of ERGs in today’s workplace. Each state council serves as a local hub for leadership development, community building, and innovation, helping organizations maximize the value of their ERG programs while supporting the growth of future leaders.
