About

The Texas ERG Council™ TERGC is a state initiative dedicated to strengthening and advancing the impact of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in organizations across industries. By bringing together ERG leaders, corporate executives, and advocates, ERGC fosters collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and strategic action to create inclusive workplaces where all employees feel empowered and valued. Through state programs, ERGC provides the tools, insights, and networks necessary to build high-performing ERGs that drive business success, employee engagement, and organizational culture transformation.

To champion the growth and effectiveness of Employee Resource Groups by equipping organizations, leaders, and employees with the strategies, resources, and best practices needed to create inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplaces.
